       X2 residential shop-house is a project invested by Capitaland – Thien Duc Co. Ltd. and Gamma plays as role of general contractor, deployed in August 2017. The X2 residential shop-house marks a new step for Gamma to meet the international standards of engineering in design and construction for a professional investor like Capitaland.

The perspective of X2 Residential Shop-house

       Located on Dong Van Cong Street, Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2 – which is considered as the administrative center of the district and connected to the arterial routes to the city center, next to the Vista Verde building. The shop-house was created to serve the demand of shopping, dining, entertainment … for the residents of Vista Verde and the surrounding area. The project consists of 28 shop-houses with 7 floors, constructed on an area of ​​3136 m2.
